How support works
Cruising Costs is operated by Kestrel Exams LLC. Support requests are currently handled through Kestrel Exams LLC’s existing A Wandering Mind contact form. When the form opens, identify Cruising Costs and choose the most relevant topic.
The contact form explicitly accepts calculator problems and accessibility reports. It can also be used for general product questions.
Reporting a calculator problem
- Include the device and operating system or browser you were using.
- Identify the Cruising Costs screen or action involved.
- For a calculation issue, include the non-sensitive assumptions needed to reproduce it, such as vehicle price, APR, term, taxes, fees, down payment, and trade assumptions.
- Describe what you expected and what you observed.
Protect sensitive information
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, full payment-card numbers, complete medical records, or other highly sensitive information. Cruising Costs does not need those details to troubleshoot a calculator issue.
Accessibility feedback
If a control, label, contrast treatment, keyboard interaction, screen-reader behavior, text-size setting, or other part of the app is difficult to use, please report the device, screen, assistive technology when applicable, and the action involved.
